Ekosem-Agrar AG: Management Board member Wolfgang Bläsi to leave at the turn of the year

Walldorf, 28 July 2022 – The Supervisory Board of Ekosem-Agrar AG and Wolfgang Bläsi have today mutually agreed that Mr Bläsi will step down as a member of the Management Board (CFO) of Ekosem-Agrar AG for personal reasons on 31 December 2022.

With his experience, he has been an important pillar for the company, particularly in the past very challenging months, and has ensured the continued financing of business operations in a difficult market environment. We regret his departure, but are pleased that he will support the Group in the future as a consultant on important topics."
Wolfgang Bläsi was Managing Director (CFO) of Ekosem-Agrar GmbH from December 2011 to October 2016 and a member of the Advisory Board from October 2016 to July 2018. With the change in legal form to a stock corporation, he became a member of the Management Board in August 2018 and has since acted as CFO. Wolfgang Bläsi will continue to be closely associated with Ekosem-Agrar AG and will work as a consultant for the company starting next year. The Supervisory Board will fill the position in a timely manner.
